The Weesatch is a smaller version of the original Wasatch magazine and rifle plate carrier. Identical in every other respect, the difference is that the magazine portion of the unit has been narrowed by 2 pockets. Thus, it will accommodate smaller users or those who do not wear body armor underneath.

The Weesatch holds 8 M-4/M-16 magazine, and will also hold 8 M-14/FAL/G3 magazines, too. In addition, there are pockets for a single smoke grenade and MBITR, Saber or similar radio.

The rear plate pocket can accommodate a hydration unit if no rear plate is carried.
