The HSGI "ARMORDILLA" Discreet BAG was brought to life when a Military Customer ordered a Custom bag to hold his laptop and other items. HSGI modified and tweaked it so it could fill multiple rolls. With input from a select few, the bag was modified again. The "Armordilla" bag can play in multiple functional roles, BOB, Laptop Case, Carry On Bag, Range Bag, Tactical Diaper Bag, Messenger bag, Patrol Bag, basically the possibilities are endless.

Making the bag discreet was the plan from the outset, HSGI discovered that most of the "active shooter" or similar bags were too small to hold everything people carry with them on a normal day, and many were less than discreet. PALS/MOLLE webbing scream "tactical", as does seeing Pistol mags on the ends of the bag. If you can see a Magazine anywhere on the bag, it's not hidden.

Color was a major consideration in a discreet bag, the color pallet for this bag includes Maroon, light Navy Blue, Black, Khaki, and Smoke Green. Military Camo Patterns are available, but are a custom order.

In keeping with the idea of one bag capable of fulfilling multiple roles, the main compartment has two dividers that separate it into two pockets and a main storage area. The outside pocket is lined with loop (fuzzy) Velcro , so you can attach one of the many hooked backed pouches available on the market. The other pocket can accept a soft-armor ballistic panel up a 13.5" x 15.5" in size. It also has a pocket for a Radio, and plenty of room and holders for pens, chem lights, pocket flares, markers, keys, lighters, etc., on the main storage side of the divider.

The main storage area is roomy enough to fit up to three 17" Laptops, with 3/8" removable closed cell foam padding (held in place by Velcro) protecting the sides and bottom of the bag.

Additional features include:

• Two Front Utility Pouches were specifically designed to fit a 32oz Nalgene(C) style bottle and is useful for any other items you may need to carry.
• Two Rifle magazine pouches, based on the PROVEN HSGI Universal Modular Mag Pouch design, and capable of holding three AR15, two AK47 or 2 .308 each.
• Two 2 Side Utility Pouches designed to hide the open top pistol mag pouches that are inside the the pouches. This design helps keep the bag discreet while adding more storage space.
• The Main flap has a zippered pocket on the front side. This 12.5" x 15.5" pocket can accept another ballistic armor panel, or can be be used to throw random goodies in so that you don't have to dig through the main compartment to find them. A clear map pocket is located on the other side of this flap.
• The shoulder strap is connect by two 2" side release buckles, and includes a 6.5 mm neoprene shoulder pad on the strap for comfort.
• On the back side of this bag is a three-way opening hidden CCW pocket. This loop Velcro-lined pocket will accept the included concealable holster, capable of holding a weapon with or without a tactical light, which holds the weapon more securely than the "webbing" type. The pocket can be opened from either side, or the top, allowing for ease of draw from a multitude of carrying styles.
